Decorated bikes, strollers and wagons are permitted in the parade.  All interested children must report in front of the Church of the Good Shepherd (corner of Highland and Wildwood) on Monday, July 5th at 9am and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Any children riding bikes must also wear a helmet.  Bikes will be judged promptly at 9:30am and awards will be presented on July 8th at 7:30pm during the Hobo Band concert at Sunset Auditorium.

For 2021, the Pitman Independence Day parade will include a "quiet zone" for adults and children who are adverse to loud noises.  This block will be on North Broadway between Arbutus Avenue and Myrtle Avenue.  Parade partcipants are required to refrain from playing any music or making any loud noises while marching through this section of the parade.

This is the official website of the Pitman Parade Committee.  The committee is always looking for volunteers willing to help.  If you would like to assist the committee, or have any questions, please contact the committee at PitmanParade@gmail.com.
